Anyone familiar with IBM KVMs and password resets?

Someone thought they would be smart and set a password on our KVM, now we cannot access it, and IBM will analy rape us till it bleeds if we call for support. While this is a hospital, I don't want to go see a proctologist if I don't have to. 😱

Anyone know of a way to remove the password? Is there a battery in there or something maybe?
