I am not familiar with macromedia fireworks yet and someone asked me this question and I thought I'd see if anyone had an answer.

"I have used a button from fireworks library, opened it, edited it,
but that is where I lose it.
Fireworks is a document and the button I get from the library is placed on
that document. I have tried opening my html page in fireworks to place the
button on that way but that did not work. Any answers to getting a roll over
button on my page/"

I have only used fireworks in HTML through the add fireworks option in Dreamweaver. I bet there is another way to do it, but thats the only way I know...you also have to remember that if you are using any rollovers or slices and what not you need to export the fireworks document to html which has all the info for the links. The process goes like this.

Make Fireworks->export as HTML->Import fireworks HTML with dreamweaver...at least this is what works for me

Thanks for the reply. I am not too familiar with dreamweaver yet (not even really familiar with fireworks for that matter).

I should be able to import the html to frontpage though ... No?
