Anyone familiar with Disc Guard 2

I am looking for something to make DVD's more scratch resistant so they can be used more often here at the library. This is a spray, but I've heard of slips that go over the data side of the DVD. Has anyone tried anything like this and if so, did it help?

I would love to know more.
eck, if someoen who make CD-Rs and DVDs blanks with a harder plastic it would be worth the extra money.

My wife buys and uses the slip covers for DVDs (Her Gone With the Wind Collectors Edition DVDs, my LOTR DVDs, Star Wars DVDs, etc). We bought them at Walmart, cost about a dollar each. They kinda clip on the outer edge of the DVD/CD and cover the data side of the disc. We've never had a problem using them, no skip issues or anything like that...the DVD-ROM didn't like them, I should say, but the set top DVD player had no problem. I like them...

Thanks for the link. I think we are going to try both and I'll update the thread when we see the results.
