I just got this today and I am trying to figure out how to make use of it, it is a server system with four components, the server box has a fifty pin scsi connector, and six plugs that look like rj45 connectors, they are labeled "CONSOLE" "TTY01" "TTY02" "TTY03" "TTY06" "TTY07"
"TTY04" and "TTY05" are 25 pin serial type connections, there is also a 15 pin serial type connection labeled "ETHERNET" .

The fifty pin scsi connector goes to the second box which has a Toshiba 2x caddy load cdrom and a seagate 1gig hard drive, this box has another fifty pin scsi connector which connects it to the third box.

The third box has a Toshiba 2x caddy load cdrom and a tape drive, as well as another fifty pin scsi connector to go to the last box.

The fourth box has two seagate 1gig hard drives and a terminator with a status light.

I got this from work, they switched to PC based operations last year, after having this stuff sitting around for a while they said I could have it, it also came with a massive box that is either a line conditioner or a UPS, I am not sure, the thing is about 18 inches long and 10 inches square, and weighs about 60 pounds.

This system operated a database for a workgroup, the workgroup consisted of PC's running win95 that accessed the database by logging on to a network.

I am trying to figure out how to configure this thing for my own use, I could just use the scsi components by eliminating the server and plugging the chain into an scsi card, but I would like to use the whole system, but how can I access the server? there is no video to simply connect a monitor to, I am hoping I may be able to connect to the "ETHERNET" port from one of my systems using a 15pin to rj45 ethernet adapter.

I took the server box apart and checked it out, there are three boards stacked on top of each other, they conect to each other through a cartridge type connector, the bottom board looked like it had four cpu's, three about the size of a socket 7 chip, and one that looked like a pentium pro, there were some markings, I can take it apart again and get them if need be.

I will be eternally greatfull for your suggestions :)
