So I downloaded and installed UXTheme Multi-Patcher (Neowin Edition) 2.5.1.

I downloaded the CodenameOpus Theme and followed the directions.

Extract zip contents to <root folder>\Windows\Resources\Themes
(Make sure you keep folder names intact)
Is the theme suppose to be under "Windows and Buttons" on the Appearence tab?

I do not see CodeOpus. Just Windows XP Style and Windows Classic Style.

If I go to the Themes folder I can double click on CodeOpus it loads the theme fine. The problem is that the theme just "goes away" after sometime. For example I did the theme last night as described ablove but this morning my start bar, etc. was back to XP style. SO I double-clicked on CodeOpus in the themes folder again. Left the pc for a while and see that it's now back to XP Style??????????/
But when I right click desktop the menu is still the gray color of the theme so some parts must still be active.
What could be happening?

Use WindowBlinds. It's far better at theming and takes up less resources than the native windows uxtheme. If you want you can opt to pay for it but it's not too hard to hax0r.

The theme should show in "theme" tab in properties on desktop.
Where did you get the CodeOpus theme? I am also using the uxtheme, with themes from themexp and others.
Hey, do a spyware scan after loading any of them-try MS beta spyware prog; I found a few bugs from theme sites.

Thanks everyone. I figured it out. I must have messed up trying to extract the contents into the folder.
Even though it's working I was curious, Rune. I do not have a Themes Tab. AmI suppose to? Here's a screen shot.

It's the leftmost tab in the row of tabs. You have it in your screenshot.

Just to let you know, talk of pirating software or anything else is against the rules here.
