After 4 months my Lite-On CD-RW drive (24102B) just died... no reason whatsoever... I tried everything including installing it on multiple PC's to see if it isnt my PC. So I requested an RMA from Lite-On so I can send in the dead drive for repair.
Has anyone every sent in a drive to Lite-On for replacement/repair??? If so, how long did the RMA service take? Did you have to pay a fee?? Shipping fee?? I bought my drive from NewEgg and since its been 4 months I know they cant do a thing about it... so I hope I dont get screwed over by Lite-On.
