Anyone ever....

yeah

it's no big deal. just a loud rumbling from the water jet then when the syringe is almost emptied you get loud noises from the bubbles. not painful or anything. just feels kind of weird at first.

You mean cleaning them out? I've had it done before. It's not bad at all. It feels a bit off when the hydrogen peroxide starts bubbling, but other than that it's not bad at all. You hear a lot better after it's done.
 
With water, yes. It can hurt a little if there's pressure on your eardrum from the water. You should be able to hear better afterwards, but make sure you lie on each side for about 5-10 minutes to make sure all the water drains out.
