Anyway about a week or two I applied online to wrok for a pc warrenty company. This is the guy that that gateway or dell sends out when they need a harddrive replaced, or a new cdrom slid in, etc. You get to choose your own radius to work in and then for all jobs in that radius you get $25 flat rate for the job, then if its farther than that you can bargain with them for your rate. He says he's already got a job in the area, its in a town about 20 minutes away. So assuming it takes 20 there, 20 back, and 20 to fix, I've got $25 for an hours of work. Not the best, but also not the worst in teh world. I can call the customer and setup my own repair times to come out too. It seems very flexible. Anyone here ever done anything like that and have a story to share?
