Now my English teacher claims it to be the "scariest movie ever made." I would like to hear your comments on the movie.

If not the scariest, it really got me thinking about the atrocities of the Vietnam War. There was a thread going around a few days back about the best movie made about the Vietnam war, my recommendation was Jacob's Ladder. It is a good movie and definately worth watching.

I dunno if spookie would begin to describe the film. Tim Robbins does an excellent job by the way ;)

Basically a hypothetical movie... where Robbins plays the role of a Vietnam war vet. who is reaping the after effects of the war post traumatic syndrome of sorts along w/ some drug that was supposedly tested on him during the period.

Pretty freaky if ya ask me... I had a hard time comprehending a lot of the film... pretty confusing.. but I guess that just adds to the drama.

Not your ordinary horror/spook film... but it holds its own... you shouldn't take your English teacher's word for it Syringer - go see it for yourself and have your own take ;)

(GG hurries out to TV to watch Katie Holmes on SNL!)
