Anyone ever used Proflowers.com?

Kinda long so bare with me.

I ordered some flowers from proflowers.com for my wife and even paid extra to ensure they get there today (2/13). The FedEx site said they would be there by 4:00 PM. BTW wife leaves work @ 4:30 PM.
I called her a couple of times today and she never mentioned the flowers. SO I finally had to just ask her. She had not recieved them.
I called my brother for something unrelated and he mentioned he had ordered his wife flowers from them also. SHe did get hers today but one was broken and several were wilting.
Is this the consensus of this company? I tried to call them but they have a rediculous message saying "Due to a high volume of calls we are unable to take your call at this time". I sent them an email but probably won't hear back from them until next week. I also called my credit card company and they said if proflowers gives me a problem then I can talk with the charge dispute department.
Hope they give me a refund but they probably won't.

Delivery is FedEX's problem, not ProFlowers. If the package shows as out for delivery & FedEX hasn't delivered them yet it's their fault.

Quality of the flowers could be an issue with ProFlowers.

well that sucks, i ordered from a local florist so everything went fine for me, course I had to pay more though .

I have always used a local florist but I kept hearing the radio commercials about how these were "fresher" than local florists. I have no idea why I even considered this.
I also understand that it is FedEx's fault. But I paid proflowers.com, not fedex. I will defiantely dispute this and I feel pretty sure my cc company will back me. ALthough I ordered it with my credit union credit card instead of one of my platinum cards. Really ticks me off.

i used proflowers all the time...i never had a problem w/ them.. The flowers came fresh everytime and were of good quality.

Shipping was prompt, and they have decent prices.

Like any industry there will occasionally be problems, in general ProFlowers seems to be decent.

Give them a chance to make it right, don't go off bringing the CC company in until they've told you to fvck off.

same.. ive received flowers from proflowers all the time and never had a problem with them.

Like as mentioned, this is a Fedex issue not one with the merchant. You have the tracking number so as long as they shipped it in time, then they've done their job. Shipping issues is just something you have to deal with when ordering online.

i ordered flowers for my gf on tuesday, proflowers said they would be there friday by 4, she got em thursday at noon...

its a fedex thing, as proflowers got them out pretty quickly
