Anyone ever used OEM software sites?

I'm sure the old adage, "if it looks to good to be true, it is" applies here. But does anyone know anything about these sites? Like www.o2-software.com? My wife stumbled upon this site and is seriously tempted to try it out. It seems to me like it might just be some kind of fraud set up, but I thought I would ask anyways.

Thoughts?

Hard to say for sure. They show an address in Manhattan, NY, with a telephone #
Most scam sites, try to hide where they are run from.

But 99$ makes it close to scam site. I also found one such guy who sells keys of Win 7 for 2 euros. That must be scam as well. better stay away from such sites. :|

The URL you cite is not an OEM - just another online retail schlockhouse. Caveat emptor!

This under the FAQ's bothers me the most.
Do I have to get registered on the manufacturer's web site?
No, you don't need to because this is OEM software. Our company has already registered it and so there is no need to do it again.
Also this about COA's.
If I purchase your Windows or Office software, does it come with the Certificate of Authenticity?
No. We do not send COA, because its OEM-version. But we send you necessary serial numbers and activation instruction. Its full versions and you will get all updates from Microsoft site.
Even when you do buy OEM software (from Newegg for example) you'll receive a COA.

Almost like the sale never happened....
I would like to purchase software for business. Can you send me a bill, invoice, a draft, etc?
No, we do not provide these documents.

Hey, if you like to gamble and losing $100+ to you is like losing a quarter in a vending machine, go for it, otherwise I'd run, run away.

Well, I can see not needing to register the software. As to the COA, I think you are correct in that all OEM from Microsoft should come with COA .. Never saw the part about no invoices. That raises a definite red flag.
