Yes I've used it before. It seems to have a lot of pieces that it installs into various chunks of your system folder (extensions, control panels, apple menu items). You also configure it in several places.
On the plus side, once configured, it works great.
My advice: Get Connectix Doubletalk. It does the same thing only it integrates itself into the MacOS *much* better than DAVE and has a nicer, more intuitive interface.
