Anyone ever use Digital photo-finishing?

I have the HP PhotoSmart 315 digital camera... When I use the middle or highest setting to take pictures, they come out in 1600x1200 size... However the pictures are a little grainy and fuzzy (lowest setting at 640x480 is perfectly clear)... Sample pic here.

I was just wondering how this pic would turn out if I use digital photo-finishing and print out a 4x6 photo? I was thinking the fuzziness will not be very noticable since the picture is getting cropped down in size...

Anyone has any experience?
