Anyone ever upgrade a CPU on a Dell laptop? Or any other laptop brand?

I've only done minor things like adding RAM and hard drive.

I need a guide or tutorial on how to upgrade the CPU on a laptop.
It's a Dell Inspiron 4100 P3 866 CPU, and I have my hands on a 1.13 Ghz now

My friend had a P3 500Mhz CPU, from what i know it was kinda easy to take out the CPU and mobo, and everything.

I dont think it should be a problem.

I got most of the screws on the bottom out.
Seems to be 2 under the LCD that I can't reach.
Anyone know if I have to remove the LCD first?
