Sounds promising. But so does every other god-forsaken thing on ebay. Anyone ever tried this? I'd be surprised if it worked out as well as it's advertised, because I'm sure it'd be rampant everywhere on the internet.

The fact that everyone on AT hasn't done it kinda tells me that it's probably not worth it. Look at what happened when people found out you could overclock the celery 300A's to 450 and it would perform nearly identically to the PII 450s that were selling for $300+? It worked, and it seemed like everyone jumped on the bandwagon.

Crappy = tv quality, or crappy = old projection tv quality? or crappy = divx encoded at 240x300, running full screen?
