Friend looking for cheap but reliable host for some simple .html files.

http://www.suffixhost.com/ does have a cookie cutter template, but they do offer a lot. Anyone with experience with them ? $1.99/mo.!

Can't seem to find anything on them on webhostingtalk or freewebhosting forums.

See the thing is they have those other plans as well and they shouldn't say... "they're only paying $1.99 for their box over on that other rack, so I'm not going to support them equally as well..."
