The standard ADHD test is where they put you in a closet size room that has a large fan and about 5000 small features, and the object is to catch as many in 20 minutes as possible with the fan on high.

cliffs?

Sure, if the patient is suicidal.

My ex-husband is extremely ADHD. If you think it's a joke, it isn't. He's had lots of car accidents, he really shouldn't be driving. He can't keep a job - he finally ended up working on his own for the few clients that could tolerate his brilliance along with his eccentricity. No need to make fun of ADHD.

My kid got tested for ADHD. The idiot neurologist had a "video game" for him to play that supposedly tested his attention and distraction. The doc said, here, have fun with this game and left the kid for ten minutes or so. Kid discovered that the game was really stupid/lame and so just sat there quietly waiting for the doc to return, didn't play the game.

The doc thought the kid scored over-the-top high for ADHD because he left it so quickly. Doc was furious that I wouldn't give kid shitloads of drugs to cure him.

Sometime docs are really, really stupid.

The test is to see if you can sit in the chair for 20 minutes without getting up. If you move, you fail and are incinerated.
