anxiety results from nervousness and depression. it is a lack of self control...
You need to calm down and relax as much as possible... The world does not care and neither should you.
Doctors make great money from people in this situation as the pills are expensive, addictive and sometime does more harm then good. No drug does wonders due to numerous side effects.

Well it's why I'm on ATOT. To scared to go anywhere and to medicated to be motivated.
