Doing a "startup business" project in Economics. I decided to do a webfront store such as NewEgg, but more hardware based and less accessory based (kind of the opposite of SVC).
Anyway, I somehow have to figure out the cost of everything. So, assuming I want to start off small, what would be a good estimate of my amount of sales to be expected my first six months of business?
I don't want to say I'm going to go out and purchase $15,000 in hardware and then expect to turn around and do something like $50,000 in sales because that doesn't seem to plausible for a new site.
Anyone who can help me out? I don't need exact numbers, but I have no idea how much I should invest in the products to begin with. I've contacted a couple manufacturers, but most of them have been little to no help
