Anyone ever sent in their Leatherman multitool for warranty service?

I'm going on two weeks now... all they had to do was replace two of the little flathead screwdrivers that bent and chipped.

Calling them up on Monday.

Mine broke in the same way the OP has described. Two of the smaller insert blades broke completely off:(

Ouch!! Detachable. /me shudders. I don't think my Leatherman would like that. ;)
