A lady calls in to set up an email account, Im listening to the call as I am doing quality on it.

Tech: What do you want the email to be
Lady: Well it is for me and my gf..
Lady: Ooo 2flygirlssista@****.***
Tech:.....
Lady: You there?
Tech:*lauging* So seriously? what do you want it to be
Lady: Listen young man..I want it to be 2flygirlsista@****.*** now you go make it that understand!
Tech:Yes m'am


So now I need to go talk to him about laughing at customers, even though I was laughing too.
