anyone ever RMA'd with ATI?

Just got the card, GPU problem off the bat. Generally how long do RMA's take from ATI? Or should i just talk to the vendor since its only been a few days?

i've heard anything ranging a 5 days to 3 weeks. but whats the problem? you sure its the chip, not drivers or anything like that? what card did you get?

I've had to RMA twice with them, both times took about 2 weeks.

problem is im getting artifacts in windows (WoW) and during the boot up, even the memory check screen. :\

Within a few days, I also think you should try the vendor first.

I've recieved my RMAs back within 2-3 days of them recieving it. Then again, I also live in Canada, but on the west coast.

I RMA'ed with ATI about two years ago. My 9700 pro I bought on ebay kept on crashing whenever I was playing games. I had to pay shipping to send it in, and it took a while (they messed up the delivery address), but they did send me a new 9700 pro that I am still using.
