Anyone ever RMA'd something through MSI?

If so what was their turn around time?

I ask because I was told 10-14 days, which seems extremely long to me. Specially since I RMA'd an Asus board recently and their turn around time was 5-7 days. So hoping that it's actually less then the whole 10-14 days.

And I mean business/working days Monday - Friday

Yea, the 10-14 days is about right, at least for me. I RMA'd a board to them and from the time I sent it out to the time I received it was in that time frame. Lucky for me I had another board on hand I was able to swap out while I waited.

That's definately on par for MSI rma's.

True, but what I was hopin for was a lot of people to say that they were told 10-14 days too but they got it back like over night or something

Someone just lie to me to make me feel better. I've been without my GTX for 11 days now.

u can monitor it online... and yeah i think i rma 2 vid cards.. took about 20 days...

Okay... when MSI ships back the new or repaired product, they use FedEx's new Previous Day Air services - so atleast you'll get the card back a day earlier.

My Neo2 RMA took 8 days from the day they received it until I received a replacement.
Basically 5 days to receive, test, then package a refurb, and 3 days for shipping.

Really just depends on how busy the RMA center is at the time you return yours. I've also learned to try and never RMA something over the holidays.

I have the same question, but about ATI. Whats the turn around with them? I got the video card DOA and want a new one back immediately :\
