I bought a sleeper sofa before the holidays to give another sleeping solution for guest that were staying at my house. Everyone that used it hated it and said it was so uncomfortable they all elected to take the mattress off of it and put it on the ground as a desperate attempt at trying to get some sleep.
That said it's apparently a horrible sleeper sofa to sleep on.
I see their return policy is 80% the paid amount, which while that sucks is better than keeping the bed if it's not usable.
One thing I can't seem to find though is how does it go back to them? Does that 80% refund include them coming back out and taking it back?
Probably a long shot asking if anyone knows the answer on here but perhaps someone else on here has gone through this already and knows the answer.
