As I was playing around with my motherboard and looking at the CPU voltage, I noticed that the I/O voltage can be adjusted. It's at 3.5v on my Abit BF6. Can the I/O voltage be raised?

works great on voodoo 3's too. got my 3000 from 180mhz to 192 mhz just by going from 3.3v to 3.5v

Abit Bios Upgrades now Flash the Bios to 3.5v om A few boards

I run @3.5 and this really does help at higher FSB in overclocking

So pretty much everyone's running at 3.5v? Mine's set at 3.5v as the default. I was wondering if it could go any higher.

Using an ASUS GeForce DDR, I almost HAD to up my I/O voltage to 3.5. Those are some power-hungry cards.. :)

I run mine at 3.7v. It is what I need to run my chip at it's current speed. Won't run stable at 3.5v.
