Anyone ever purchase anything with a Mack extended warranty?

Purchasing a new Thinkpad for our business, and am considering something along these lines -- link -- but I don't know WTF a 3-year "Mack" warranty would be. My current IBM R32 has a 3-year warranty through IBM that has been great, and I'd pay to have that again -- but I'm not seeing that option. Just looking for feedback.

This isn't going to help, but I just purchased a RIO Karma with a MACK extended warranty. All parts and labor included. Hope it turns out well. I will keep you posted.
