Anyone ever owned a Volvo 1800?

Great looking and driving cars. They get no where near the love from car people as they should.

Somewhere there is a video about the guy with 2 million miles on his car. I remember seeing it a few years ago. He drove it like 1000 miles the day he bought it.

"Still on the road

It's been awhile but yes, I am still on the road even though I decided to have the engine rebuilt (for the second time) after 2,010,000 miles since the last time it was apart. Duane Matejka did a superb job with the rebuild and I have been constantly on the road for the past few months after first breaking the rebuilt engine in driving locally. I put over 6000 miles on the engine before hitting the highway and have now passed 2.7 million miles...getting closer to 3,000,000 miles every day. I have just returned home from Canada, Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana and am now in Wisconsin before heading the VCOA meet in Ipswitch and then back to Canada. "

I never have owned one, or even driven one, but a bodyshop behind a shop I use to work at had one and I sat in it. very nice and differnt looking. I like "different" looking cars so it jumped out to me.

Awesome cars, would love to drive/own one some day. The wagon looks nice too (highly imo)

Wow, now I know where the C30 got its rear end styling from. That's pretty cool, just a big slab of glass dropped onto the back.
