Anyone ever ordered from Directdeals.com

I order two items from them about 3:00 pm yesterday and it was shipped by 4:00 pm yesterday. Talk about killer service. I had to buy Macromedia Dreamweaver UltraDev4 and Flash 5 for some classes I'm taking.

I placed an order then needed to cancel it so I called their number. A guy answers the phone "hello". I think it's just a few people who put it together because when I asked if he could cancel the order he said, "let me see if we packed it yet. I'll send you an email with an update."
He sent me an email an hour later letting me know he cancelled it. I would say very good service.
