Anyone ever ordered from 1800flowers.com?

I have a friend who lives out in a rural area and I wanted to send her some flowers...so anyone ever used this? They seem pretty reputable, just wondering if anyone has experience.

I used it about a year ago to send some flowers to my then girlfriend for her birthday. The flowers got there a couple of hours earlier than expected and everything was exactly as I had ordered it. I would definitely recommend it.
