Anyone ever order and LCD from ZipZoomFly?

Just wondering if anyone has every bought a monitor from them. Whats their dead pixel policy? Whats there return process like?
 
ZZF is a great company to order from, but as it comes to LCD's, everywhere you order from is going to have a policy of 7 pixels (or so) and up for them to take the screen back.
