 I hate these people with a passion...I have always dreamed of making their life as miserable as they make mine.

Today I received an email (to my personal email...Outlook Junk Filter caught it). It reads:

Thank you for your loan request, which we recieved on 08/11/06,

we'd like to inform you that we are accepting your application, bad credit ok, We are ready to give you a $260,000 loan for a low month payment.

Approval process will take only 1 minute.

Please visit the confirmation link below and fill-out our short 30 second form.

www.gonein.com

Oh wow...I could sure use a quarter million bucks for a "low month payment!" :Q

Anyone ever fill in one of these type forms with a totally fake name, SSN, etc?

Years ago, before the "Opt Out" came into being, I'd hand the telemarketer on the phone to my then 3 year old son. He LOVED talking to them!:D

I don't bother filling out the forms, but I sometimes dissect the spoof sites. Once, a careless phisher actually had the scammed CC numbers, names, PINs, and passwords in an excel file that was accessible! I think I still have that file somewhere . . .

I don't even have to hit the delete key; my Outlook is set up to automagically delete the contents of the Junk Email folder when I exit Outlook. :D I would like to do it b/c sometimes I'm just in a nut-busting mood.

It's fun to screw with the cons.

Generally I go through their entire "game" until the last step and never email them again. It's great.

I also figure if they are wasting time with me thats time they aren't actually scamming someone.
