Anyone ever make their own hot sauce?

I grew some really hot peppers this summer and they are starting to be ready to cook with, I am probably going to make some chili, but was interested in making hot sauce and was wondering if anyone had good recipies?

With hot sauce being so cheap and plentiful, I can't see much point in making it yourself.

a very spicy stir fry. 🙂 i chop up jalapeno peppers for mine. then i add cayenne pepper and curry (it protects against melanoma, you know!)

also acts as a quick laxative to me...

Can do habanero's all day, but curry tears me up...
