Anyone ever make custom animated bmp files for IE to replace the globe/windows logo?

milagro, if I'm not mistaken, you have to replace two files, but I don't remeber their file names Maybe someone here remeber's them

yeah, you're right...it would be a combo of two files that you designate in the registry (the hardway) or just use the mmc in 2k and go to
Local Computer Policy ->User Config->Windows Settings->IE Maintenance->Browser UI

i've thought someone here must have come up w/ a variety of nice/cool/exciting/scary/vulgar/esoteric/ animations for the browser...oh, well to the top.
