Anyone ever make chocolate covered coffee beans?

I think I wanna give this a try, but have no idea if I should be using a certain type of coffee bean and/or chocolate, or is ANYTHING ok?

Depends on what you like. I bought 90% dark chocolate and a medium roast. You can taste the beans before you buy them to see which you like.
