Anyone ever host a game server on aDSL?

Hey all-

I was wondering if anyone has tried running a dedicated server on aDSL with 1200kbps down and 128kbps up? I'm guessing it probably would not work too well as I've played 1v1 with people off DSL and it was always laggy, but that was not a dedicated server either. Any ideas? It would probably be something like a Counter-Strike or UT2003 server.

What are your thoughts?
