How can one word have 2 so very different meanings. And why is it that we all assumed it was relating to the cervix rather then neck?

I've read articles about people getting strokes due to chiropractors damaging blood vessels in their necks. Does that count?

I know a joke about a crab in the vagina and a doctor trying to get it out.

I have heard of upper cervical care.

I would recommend a NUCCA doctor. This doctor has helped a lot of people in my area and they highly recommend him or someone who is a NUCCA practitioner. Go read about NUCCA in the "about" section of the site.

sounds like expert wallet extraction. plenty of trained chiropractors can do that.
