I've moved into a new apartment complex, and I want cable TV.
Neither Cox or Adelphia service the apartment complex. The complex tells me that Castle Cable ("powered by Dish Network") is the one I need to use if I don't get a dish.
I can't get a dish. My apartment is in southern California on the second floor, northwest corner of a three story building. Based on the direction of everyone else's dish, I have no line of sight.
Their Web site doesn't actually exist. Their business hours use to be 9-7:30, six days a week and are now 9-6, five days a week... and I've been on hold with them for sixteen minutes.
Basic service is 54 channels, and it costs $38. Digital cable goes for between $41 and $91. Cable internet is not an option.
Anyone else ever heard of or have Castle Cable? Am I making a big mistake? Should I put up a giant antenna instead??
