Anyone ever heard of a good Cingular Retention Plan?

I always hear good deals from Sprint retention plans, but has anyone ever gotten a good deal out of Cingular's retention program?
 
cant say i have... i had cingular from 99-till beg of this month (may 2004) w/ no real problems.

after the first year went by, i was no longer in a contract and went month to month - never changed to a new plan and therefor never locked myself into another contract... this helped when i wanted to get new phones, because i would always threaten to just leave to another provider if i didnt get what i wanted at a good price because so-and-so was offering this-and-that.

finally switched to nextel at the start of this month... not because i was pist at cingular but because nextel finally offered a plan that made sense and didnt cost a fortune, and had a half decent phone that wasnt over the top in price

i now have free incoming minutes. this rules... it doesnt have to be from another nextel user (the way cingular and verizon do it) - anyone can call me from any phone (cell or landline) during the day and talk to me for as long as they want and its free for me! free nights/weekends/long distance/direct connect are also included

and i got the motorola i530 phone - the pretty much industructable one they made for the military... so far im pretty happy. i'll be happier when my data cable comes next week and i can get ring tones for free!
