#$%#@^& UPS!!!!!
Lost my damn Radeon 8500 that I ordered last week.
Then they made ME have to call the company I ordered it from and ask them to call UPS to put a trace on it.
UPS is not very helpful on the phone. They have NO answers and act like they could care less that they screwed up and lost a package. I also don't know why "I" have to go thru the trouble of calling back the company I ordered it from (and which I was on hold for a HOUR!!
All i can do now is hope the company calls UPS today, since UPS can't give me info on whether the company has called them yet. (seeing as how Axion Technologies, which is where I bought the card, had me on hold for so long, I'm not holding my breath that they'll take care of this quickly)
This is all a aggravating and frustrating.
Anyways, I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else, and if so, how did it get resolved??
How long did it take to get your package??
