Lately my leg has been twitching slightly. I was just wondering if anyone else has had problems similar to this, and what caused them.

I have not been sleeping well lately, and was wondering if that could be a cause.

help is greatly appreciated.

You're possessed. I suggest stepping in front of a fast moving semi or train to scare away the evil spirits.

Lack of sleep can lead to muscle twitches. It usually happens with my eyelid.

yeah, i have had my eyelid twitch before, but never my leg.

Do you guys think i should be worried? I have myself convinced i have a brain tumor. lol

No, they are just small spasms in your muscles. It can happen because you have a lack of physical exercise or otherwise, when your muscles are tired out from perhaps too much physical exercise.

Happens to my arms a lot after an intense arm workout. It's possible that you have been sitting at the computer for too long - get up, walk around, take some breaks.

It happens in my arms when I am tired. It becomes quite amusing, too, because usually I'm so tired, I sit an watch it and laugh at myself. Then a coworker comes by, and I just point at them while I'm laughing, just to amuse myself further.

BTW - YOUR SIG IS EVIL!

My leg twitches when I elevate my heel for more than 20 seconds. It's been like this my whole life. *shrug*

I get "bouncy knee" when I drink alot of coffee. My eyelids twitch too when I'm tired.

A friend of a friend of mine has realllly bad arm twitches and neck twitches, but he took all kinds of acid and sh!t this one time... well, probably all the time.. so uh, YMMV.

I get the eyelid and occasional neck twitch. About 1 year ago, my wife had quite bothersome (to both of us) leg twitches when she went to bed. It stopped after ~1 month.
