Anyone ever have a problem with Sam's club extended warranty customer service?

Well, I did. After about 4 months and 30 or so hours on the phone, it was finally solved. How you ask? It took me an eternity but I eventually was put in contact with the operations manager for the entire warranty company. She solved the problem in a day.
