Anyone ever have a problem with a dvd ordered from Amazon.com?

I've been watching my 24 season 1 dvd set and on the 2nd dvd, episode 2, the dvd keeps pixelating and freezing up. I've tried it on my dvd player, laptop dvd-rom drive, and my xbox and they all do the same thing.
I searched on amazon's webpage but couldn't find out how to handle this with them. Only thing I found was how to return an unopened dvd.
How should I handle this?

2nd dvd turns out to be bad (bastards!)

Check under defective product. Happenend to me with one of the Buffy seasons. Contacted support, if I recall correctly they gave me a link for printing a return label and cross-shipped the replacement box set, or maybe the label was _in_ the replacement shipment (it's been a year, I forget which).
 
I found the replacement section. It makes it sound like I'm returning it but it doesn't say anything about having a replacement sent out.
