Yes I have had a 4X4 you can get them in the US too.
 
I mean, it's nasty the way you eat it 🙂 Have to open the mouth all the way. Nah, what I meant, I miss in-n-out burger here in Switzerland because we don't have in-n-out burger here.

in highschool i knew this tiny ballerina (SP?) that would eat them when all of us would go to inout, she couldnt have been more then 5'4" and 100lbs , at times she even ate two, crazy when a bunch of us guys would be staring at just 1 of them.

I know this girls he weighs no more than 90 LBS, she is shorter than 5 feet. Skiny little asian girl. I have seen her finish two $6 dollar western cheese burgers from Carls Jr before, and a large criss cut fry. I was in shock. This was all at one sitting.

they have an item you can order called the "Slammer"

Two eggs, two hamburger pattys, hashbrowns, onions, all stacked up on a plate, the plate is then completely covered in chile, and cheese is then sprinkled on top. yummmmmmmm.

4x4 is 4 pieces of meat, 4 pieces of cheese and always a bum in between. 12x12? That guy must have been use to, to open his mouth so far 😉

That sounds gooooood. Unhealthy but good. 🙂 Back when McDonald's had their "double meat" promotion ($1 = 2x the meat), I got a doubled BigMac and it really hit the spot after a day of warehouse laboring.
