Anyone ever go into their wallet to find it has less cash than it had when you put it down?

Yesterday night, I went out with friends, and when I pulled in to get gas, and opened my wallet, I noticed it was missing a few bills. I estimate around 60 dollars was missing. The reason I know I was missing money was because the night before, I went out to dinner with a group of friends, and knew I had more than four bills left in my wallet. When I told my mother, she said no one would go into my room, but I disagreed because my sister had people I had never met before in my life at our house, and I was upstairs when they came (my wallet was inside my room on a counter). So, has anyone ever gone into their wallet to notice it had less money than when you put it down?

Yes, damn hookers always take more money out of my wallet in the morning they leave while I'm sleeping.

I'm married, my wife leaves the house before I do.

My wallet being light every morning is basically a daily occurrence.

Well, I'm a 17.5 year old, with no girlfriend, so my wallet should not have been missing any money, without me giving it to said person. I have a feeling one of my sisters little snot friends went into my room and took money from my wallet.

well you have no way of proving it, and you can't do anything about it, so just don't leave your wallet out next time. or close your door. no use telling us about it. it sounds unlikely some stranger would wander into a random room and steal money anyways.

My door is always closed, this is why I am mad about it. Some little sh|t took it upon him/herself to go into my room, meandering about until they found something that is worth taking, and wouldn't be immediately noticed. From now on my wallet will stay on my person, or in a hidden place.

that's why you don't carry cash and carry a debit card and a credit card.
Well, I am not 18 yet, so I can't get a credit card under my name, else I would even just for gas (cash back rules).

If only i had a digital video camera, then I could set it up to turn on when someone walks into the room. That being said, I don't have one.
