Anyone ever get the blue light bulb when they're on?

There are times when I'm clearly online, like right now, posting, but then when I see my own light bulb at the top there it's blue, indicating I'm not logged in. What's the deal?

By the way, the ATI ad at the top of this forum is huge.

It takes a while for the system to recoginze that you have logged on and off.
