ANyone ever get shrinked faxes?

Sometimes I'll get a fax and it's about half the size it should be. Usually on contracts and the like. Is it a problem with my machine or is from the sender? I think it's the sender but I'm not really sure.

Combination of both possibly - a lot of the times if they send a fax your way that's on 11x17 or 8.5x14 or an odd-size it will shrink it to fit an 8.5x11 sheet of paper (standard size) - maybe the contracts/whatever is being faxed your way is oversized and the sender's machine took the liberty of shrinking it down for you.
