I've tried making a USB bootable drive on my 8GB flash drive using Win32 Image Writer using the downloaded Lime .IMG file from 2 seperate build dates.
I can't get it booted on either my main PC or my Atom / ION HTPC. On my HTPC, I can see the flash drive being accessed, a couple of screen flashes, but no text / graphics. Then the system will reboot after a couple of minutes.
I have read about this reboot cycle which it seems a lot of people are experiencing. I guess it can take up to a couple of minutes for a USB 2.0 drive to boot, as well.
I guess my option are to just try a new build every day and hope I get lucky? It seems the Lime build would have the drivers for my HTPC so I haven't even bothered with the Vanilla build.
