Anyone ever get a ticket for parking on their front lawn?

The law probably is there due to prevent seepage of oil and other harmful vehicle fluids into the ground. That law was also passed here in California at least 8 years back.
Its for the common good anyway. Ask your friend to shut up and pay up.
