My friend did. Clocked doing 99 in a 55, this was on 6th in Denver. The DA didn't lower the points at all, just the fine.

It also depends on where you got busted, what county was it? Denver is a lot more leinant then other counties in the Denver Metro area. My friend got off easy really, doing 44 over the limit.
I'm just lucky I've never been caught, I drive exactly like him.

I say to you, YES!!!! Quit driving so fast!!
I got a 54 in a 25 once. I tried to fight it without consulting or having a lawyer, and it didn't go so well. I didn't know that in Washington you have to subpoena the officer(s) who got you; they don't appear at the hearing otherwise, and all that's used for their side of the story is what they have in their report.Originally posted by: robothouse77
