Anyone ever fudged up some RAM dimms by OCing?

OC'ed my PC2700 (166 bus) so far to 184 bus. Should I keep going? One time I went too far and it fudged up my XP install and I had to reinstall. Going to go up 1 mhz at a time.

Any tips? Should I be careful about upping the voltage? Or is RAM not as fragile as CPU's?

who's fudged up some RAM before?
